Open You → Data & privacy → Delete all cloud data. Confirm deletion to remove the anonymous cloud account, sessions, synced readings, notes, favorites and reports immediately from the live service. This is permanent. Local device records are separate; use You → Data & privacy → Clear local journal to remove them too.

ColorfulMoon will help you verify control of your anonymous account through a secure method. Email alone cannot identify an anonymous account. We aim to respond within 30 days or the shorter statutory deadline.
What remains?
The service does not automatically create database backups. Operating-system backups and files you exported remain under your control. AI requests previously sent follow the provider’s separately disclosed retention. Cloud accounts inactive for 365 days and reports older than 90 days are removed automatically.
