These terms govern One Divination, operated by ColorfulMoon. Questions and support: mgming03@outlook.com. Effective date: 7 September 2026. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be 18 or older.
Reflection, not certainty
Tarot, dream prompts and relationship or intention readings are tools for personal reflection and entertainment. They do not establish facts, predict events, read minds, diagnose conditions or guarantee results. You remain responsible for your decisions. Do not rely on readings for healthcare, legal, financial, emergency or personal-safety decisions; use qualified and appropriate support.
Offline and optional online features
Core readings work offline. Cloud sync is optional and requires separate consent to the Privacy Policy. AI requires additional explicit consent to save the selected reading in the anonymous cloud space and to the disclosed provider processing. AI alone does not enable whole-journal sync. Network access, provider availability and valid credentials are needed for online features. No email-based account recovery is promised for the anonymous service. Keep exports and device credentials secure.
AI content and reporting
AI output is generated automatically, can be incorrect or inappropriate, and is not professional advice. Review it critically. You can report a reading in the app; reports are reviewed to improve service safety. Avoid including sensitive personal information about yourself or others. Availability of AI may change by region or provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, threats, infringement, sexual content involving minors or instructions to harm yourself or others. Do not attempt to access other users’ records, bypass security or rate limits, extract credentials, or disrupt the service. We may restrict online access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requirements or security.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your questions and notes. You grant ColorfulMoon a limited permission to store and process content only as needed to deliver the features you request, secure the service, handle reports and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to submit any third-party content. We do not claim ownership of your personal journal.
App content and charges
The app’s original design, code and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; third-party components retain their own licenses. You may use readings for your own personal purposes. This release has no paid subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertisements. If paid features are introduced, their pricing, terms and required store purchase flow must be disclosed before purchase.
Availability, updates and data
We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy or permanent storage. You can export your entries. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be brought to your attention before they take effect where required. You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or deliberate misconduct. Any limitation is subject to the mandatory law and remedies that apply where you live.
Resolving concerns
Please contact mgming03@outlook.com with a description of your concern so that we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive consumer protections. Any dispute and governing law remain subject to the applicable mandatory rules and competent courts of your jurisdiction. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion separately.
